    • From the start of February 2023 users begun continiously minting inscriptions experioncing the peak activity in May, middle July and August. The total minted inscriptions amounted to 27.7 millions. Although the inscriptions were actively minted starting from the April, the huge wave of wallets minted inscriptions before. Another high number of new minters was on the end of May.

    • Virtual information size doesn't follow the Information size pattern. Over the time Information size has a downtrend whereas Virtual information size looks more stable over the time.

    • Chart on the left presents daily fees in BTC spent on minting ordinals whereas one on the right shows cumulative value of fees in BTC and USD over the time.

    • During the mint process users spent in total almost 2000 BTC(54 millions $) with highly pronounced peak at 7-8th May though this sharp increase wasn't reflected in the high number of minted inscriptions.

    • On may 7th fees from inscription mints consisted 61% of total paid fees

    • During the time transactions that involves inscription mints takes more share of total bitcoin transactions reaching up to 67%.

    • Firstly users prefer to mint images. Starting from the March they have minted text inscriptions more. For now text inscriptions take almost 95% of all. Images and applications are ranked second and third respectively.

    • These charts show the distribution of unique minters by the inscription type they have minted.

    • Despite the existing imbalance in minted inscriptions by type the number of image and text minters is distributed almost equally. After a short pause in the end of April image minters became active again in second half of May.

    • It's worth noticing that there are represented some unusual single peaks of application minters activity. With daily active a few dozens of minters this number some days reached up to 2.5k .

    • Charts above display the distribution of paid fees in BTC for mint of specific inscriptions in daily dynamics and in total.

    • Text inscriptions take the first place by paid fees and amounted to 84%. In addition almost all inscriptions on period when the total fees were at its peak were text.

    • Unlike Information size text inscriptions take in total 60% of virtual information size.

    • Its clearly visible that text takes more virtual information size in comparison to information size

    • Up to 11th April image was the leading type of ordinals by total number of mints. Starting from the end of April text type of ordinals rushed forward rapidly. Since then the number of image inscriptions have only twiced its number whereas text consists almost 95% of all minted ordinals.

    • These charts represents ordinals sales on different marketplaces. The left one shows actual

    • Ordinals sales were peaked at May - mid June with all time highes at points higher than 17k and 22k. Since then the number of sales were slightly decreasing whereas traded volume had a sharp decline on Juky 15th. Starting from that time volume decreases towards zero.

    • Firstly ordinals sales were mostly on Ordswap and Ordinals wallet. Around 2 weeks in May UniSat has a major number of sales which generated the most volume till the big player MagicEden took all the traffic.
