After the Aug 2022 US Treasury Sanctions, it became effectively illegal for US users to withdraw and deposit funds into the Tornado mixer.

NOTE: Coincenter responded with a lawsuit in Oct 2022 arguing that:

(2) Users are receiving their own money, there is not a brokerage or mixing of assets at all.
