    Welcome to the Avalanche DEX Dashboard, where you can analyze and visualize the performance of various decentralized exchanges (DEXes) on the Avalanche network. Our dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the top DEXes, including Trader Joe, Platypus, Hashflow, Woofi, KyberSwap, Pangolin, FraxSwap, SushiSwap, Curve, and GMX. With our customizable tool, you can select the specific DEX you want to analyze and view its swap metrics, such as swap transaction count, active and new swappers, swap volume, and more. Join us as we dive into the exciting world of Avalanche DEXes and explore the most popular and rising assets being traded on the network.

    Objective: The primary objective of this dashboard is to analyze and visualize the performance metrics of various Avalanche-based decentralized exchanges (DEXes). The dashboard will focus on the following metrics:

    • The number of swap transactions on each DEX
    • The number of active and new swappers on each DEX
    • The total and average swap volume on each DEX
    • The most popular and rising assets being traded across Avalanche DEXes

    Data Source: The data for this dashboard will be sourced from the newly shipped dex swaps table (avalanche.core.ez_dex_swaps) which includes swaps from the following Avalanche DEXes: Trader Joe, WOOFi, GMX, Kyber (both classic and elastic), Platypus, Pangolin, Frax, Sushi, Curve, Hashflow, Uniswap (soon), and Balancer (soon).

    Dashboard Design: The dashboard will consist of two analyzing pages:

    1. Overall View Page: This page will provide an overview of the performance metrics of all the DEXes. The page will contain visualizations of the total number of swap transactions, active and new swappers, and total and average swap volume on each DEX. The visualization will be in the form of a stacked bar chart, line chart, and a table to monitors the most popular and rising assets being traded into across Avalanche DEXes.

    2. Custom DEX Page: This page will allow the user to choose a specific DEX and analyze its performance metrics.

    Analysis and Visualization: The following analysis and visualizations will be performed on the data:

    • Swap transactions count by platform: A stacked bar chart will be used to visualize the total number of swap transactions on each DEX. This will help determine which DEXes are the most popular among users.
    • Active and new swappers by platform: bars chart will be used to visualize the number of active and new swappers on each DEX. This will help identify which DEXes are attracting new users and retaining existing ones.
    • Swap volume by platform: A stacked bar chart will be used to visualize the total and average swap volume on each DEX. This will help identify the most popular DEXes in terms of trading volume.
    • Popular and rising assets being traded: A table will be used to display the top 20 most popular and rising assets being traded across Avalanche DEXes. The data will be analyzed on a 7, 14, 30, and 90-day period to identify trends in asset popularity.
    • Number of users and volume of trades: A bar chart will be used to display the percentage of users trading the top 20 most popular assets on each DEX. This will help identify the popularity of specific assets on each DEX and their trading volume.

    Conclusion: The dashboard will be used to determine which DEXes are the most popular in terms of USD volume and which assets are being traded the most on Avalanche DEXes. The analysis and visualizations will provide valuable insights for users and stakeholders in the Avalanche ecosystem.
