Introduction

zkSync is an Ethereum engine that scales and protects user privacy. Its current functionality scope includes low gas transfers of Ethereum and ERC20 tokens within the Ethereum network, atomic swaps and limit orders, as well as native support for L2 NFTs. The zkSync development ecosystem is outlined in this document, which provides a high-level overview of the ecosystem.

Users can also deposit ERC20 tokens into ZkSync.

Method

To answer the question of this dashboard I use ethereum.core.ez_token_transfers and folter origin_to_address = '0xabea9132b05a70803a4e85094fd0e1800777fbef' to find ERC20 tokens deposited to ZkSync as below.

Analysis

This charts shows the ERC20 tokens have been deposited the most (in $ volume and total count) in the last 60 days. The count of transactions are the most on May 6, 22 and 24th, and in $ volume the peak was placed on April 25th, May 1 and 11th.

The cumulative growth in $ volume and transactions count was increasingly till May 24th, but after that went on a downward trend to date.

Findings

• As of results on this dashboard can observed that USDC, WBTC and USDT are top 3 token deposited into ZkSync in the last 60 days in more than 28, 14 and 12m $ volume, respectively.

• and in total count top 3 ERC20 token deposited are USDC, LDO and USDT with moer than 41, 21 and 17.9 percent shares of total count of transactions.
