Introduction
What is Staked ETH?
When users stake ETH on LIDO, Ankr or Rocket Pool protocols they will receive stETH, aETH or rETH, respectively, or staked ETH in return and the staked ETH which users receive will be almost worth equivalent to the price of Ethereum.
So, when users deposit one ETH, they will be receiving staked ETH mentioned tokens equivalent to the deposit and additionally daily staking rewards.
Method
In the current dashboard I used ethereum.core.fact_hourly_token_prices table to find the average change price of liquid staking ETH derivates from ankr, rocketpool and lido(aETH , rETH and stETH ) to look at what are some trends around the price volatility for these tokens?
Also used the ethereum.core.ez_dex_swaps table to keep track of what Stakers did with the liquid staking ETH derivates tokens they received.
The following charts and visuals shows the results and findings.
I set ‘{{Interval}}’ on block_timestamp, and ‘{{Since_date}}’ to you to choice your own start assessing date and time interval.
I also included a chart using the method of where token like any (‘{{token}}’, ‘ETH’) to track the price changes of duet tokens compare of ETH of your choosing.
✍🏻 Conclusion
-
On Mar 17th, 2022, the price of ETH was 22 percent higher than the price of stETH (and there was a large variance for the entire month of Mar) and the lowest percentage changes price was 2.71 on August 1th.
-
On July 20th, 2022, the price of ETH was 59 percent higher than the price of rETH. and on June 10th price of ETH was 4.4 percent lower than the price of rETH at the lowest its price.
-
On June 18th, 2022, the price of ETH was 6.8 percent higher than the price of aETH. and since 2022 till early of May the price of ETH was less than 1 percent higher than the price of aETH at the lowest its price.
-
On June 13, the highest count of swaps transactions count excecated, that could saw that on price chart, the June were on the lowest level of average price and highest volatility.
-
the most volume are belong to stETH in direction IN that implies swap from stETH to ETH.
-
And the lowest volume in same direction are belong to swap from ETH to rETH with less than 0.32% of IN volume.
-
The 0x68…fc45 was the great looser in all platforms.
-
The 0x00…9f56 was the great gainer in two platforms.

Consider the liquid staking ETH derivates from ankr, rocketpool and lido(aETH , rETH and stETH ).
The aim of this dashboard is to analyze and consider the liquid staking ETH derivates from ankr, rocketpool and lido(aETH , rETH and stETH ), to looking at:
What are some trends around the price volatility for these tokens? & Swap activity?
the total number of stakers that have swapped ETH to these tokens and out of those stakers, how mouch ETH did they gain or lose depending on the peg of these tokens to ETH at the time of the swap. Also, we will analyze the same in vice versa, for stakers who have swapped these tokens to ETH etc. with supporting graphs and visuals.
Hey there 👋!
Firstly, I appreciate you sticking with it until the conclusion.

:telescope: Findings:
The right side chart depicts the price of ETH and its three derivates on a daily (you can change it to your own choice by using above tapes) basis in four lines. we need to examine them more closely in order to discern the pricing discrepancy between them, even if they're supposed to be linked at 1:1. As a result, I've included a following charts that displays the percent change in pricing and divergence of them.
Duet Tokens Price Changes can be changed by your own choice token on above token ==tape==.
:telescope: Findings:
Closely to 95% of total ETH derivates swaps were belongs to ETH to stETH and vice versa.
Swaps from ETH to rETH was the lowest count of transactions count percent with less 0.5%.
On June 13, the highest count of swaps transactions count excecated, that could saw that on price chart, the June were on the lowest level of average price and highest volatility.
:telescope: Findings:
In the following charts the volume of swaps on both directions are shown.
As we can observed, the most volume are belong to stETH in direction IN that implies swap from stETH to ETH.
And the lowest volume in same direction are belong to swap from ETH to rETH with less than 0.32% of IN volume.
The results for OUT directions of swaps are same as mentioned.

Swapping from ETH to stETH
The first three above bar charts and following table on this section shows the total number of Stakers who has performed swap transactions from ETH to stETH and vice versa since 2022, on the Etheruem chain and can see that a maximum of 102 stakers have swapped from ETH to stETH since 2022.
On a whole, it seems there are around 225 different Stakers on the Ethereum chain who have swapped from ETH to stETH & vice versa.
The first graphs shows the total amount of ETH gained or lost for each staker while swapping from ETH to stETH since 2022 and can see that the highlighted staker address 0xe8…a2e5 has loosed maximum ETH of 40 while swapping on Ethereum chain and staker address 0x45…b20f has gained maximum ETH of 164 while swapping ETH to stETH.
Also, it seems the total amount of ETH gained by all stakers swapped from ETH to stETH since 2022 seems to be $550k & closely to $200k were loosed.
Swapping from stETH to ETH
On the same the visual that shows the total number of Stakers who has performed swap transactions from stETH to ETH since 2022 on the Ethereum chain and can see that a maximum of 123 stakers have swapped from stETH to ETH sinc 2022.
We can see that the highlighted staker address 0xe8…a2e5 has gained maximum ETH of 72 while swapping on Ethereum chain and the most looser address was the 0x68…fc45 with more than 521 loosed.
Also, it seems the total amount of ETH gained by all stakers swapped from stETH to ETH since 2022 seems to be $280k & closely to $740k were loosed.
:telescope: Findings:
Swapping from ETH to rETH & Vice Versa
The second three above bar charts and following table on this section shows the total number of Stakers who has performed swap transactions from ETH to rETH and vice versa since 2022, on the Ethereum chain and can see that a maximum of 16 stakers have swapped from ETH to rETH since 2022.
On a whole, it seems there are around 38 different Stakers on the Ethereum chain who have swapped from ETH to rETH & vice versa.
As of above table we can see that all ETH to rETH swappers were gainer and in contract all rETH to ETH were looser since 2022.
The first graphs shows the total amount of ETH gained or lost for each staker while swapping from rETH to ETH since 2022 and can see that the highlighted staker address 0x68…fc45 has loosed maximum ETH of 17 while swapping on Ethereum chain and staker address 0x00…9f56 has gained maximum ETH of 7 while swapping ETH to rETH.
Also, it seems the total amount of ETH gained by all stakers swapped from ETH to rETH since 2022 seems to be $18k & closely to $25k were loosed while swapped from rETH to ETH.

:telescope: Findings:
Swapping from ETH to aETH & Vice Versa
The trend on this platform was closely same as previously platform.
The last three above bar charts and following table on this section shows the total number of Stakers who has performed swap transactions from ETH to aETH and vice versa since 2022, on the Ethereum chain and can see that a maximum of 35 stakers have swapped from ETH to aETH since 2022.
On a whole, it seems there are around 74 different Stakers on the Ethereum chain who have swapped from ETH to aETH & vice versa.
As of above table we can see that all ETH to aETH swappers were gainer and in contract approximately all aETH to ETH were looser since 2022.
The first graphs shows the total amount of ETH gained or lost for each staker while swapping from aETH to ETH since 2022 and can see that the highlighted staker address 0x68…fc45 has loosed maximum ETH of 106 while swapping on Ethereum chain and staker address 0x00…9f56 has gained maximum ETH of 56 while swapping ETH to aETH.
Also, it seems the total amount of ETH gained by all stakers swapped from ETH to aETH since 2022 seems to be $165k & closely to $141k were loosed while swapped from aETH to ETH.

stETH vs. ETH
It is possible to obtain a better notion of what the average price difference between the two is by looking at it over a longer period of time. On the basis of the color, the variances in prices, and the percentage change in pricing, it is simple to identify. On Mar 17th, 2022, the price of ETH was 22 percent higher than the price of stETH (and there was a large variance for the entire month of Mar) and the lowest percentage changes price was 2.71 on August 1th.
rETH vs. ETH
On July 20th, 2022, the price of ETH was 59 percent higher than the price of rETH. The price of ETH measured in US dollars is represented as points in this graph, and on June 10th price of ETH was 4.4 percent lower than the price of rETH at the lowest its price.
aETH vs. ETH
On June 18th, 2022, the price of ETH was 6.8 percent higher than the price of aETH. The price of ETH measured in US dollars is represented as points in this graph, and since 2022 till early of May the price of ETH was less than 1 percent higher than the price of aETH at the lowest its price.
