Introduction

Luna Classic (LUNC) has now officially launched after Do Kwon and his Luna recovery plan saw the release of Luna 2.0 to replace the old coin.

After the passing of a Terra Luna vote, Terra launched a new chain that it hopes will rescue the ecosystem from the Luna crypto crash of early May.

Meanwhile, the old chainr remains - dubbed Terra Classic - alongside its token, Luna Classic. Link

Method

In the current dashboard I used terra.core.fact_transactions table to find following metrics of LUNA activities, aka LUNA 2.0:

> * Total transactions count and over time by starting date in '2022-05-27' as aka LUNA 2.0. > * Total count of unique sebders and receivers, and count over time. > * Total transactions volume and over time.

Also, I tried to find What dApps are people using? and for this I used terra.classic.dim_labels to identify the addresses name by label column.

The weekly timeframe in this dashboard was chosen, but you can change it according to your own choice by using ==header tape.

Analysis

Overall View

• An overall view of LUNC activities can be observed by following single numbers

The amount of transactions volume is 588M that transacted by 430K transactions and sent by 146.8K unique addresses and received by 84.1K unique receiver.

✍🏻 Conclusion

The results for assessed metrics since inceptions date are as followings:

• The amount of transactions volume is 588M that transacted by 430K transactions and sent by 146.8K unique addresses and received by 84.1K unique receiver.
• In Sep 5th, the transactions volume peaked at 110.3M LUNC that was too significant relative to other days.
• terra18vn…4sqe & terra1ncj…eht5 transferred most volume since Inception date with 29 & 24.5%, respectively.
• These two addresses have had most transactions count, too, with 27.5 & 14.7% of transactions count.
• Most count of unique receivers are belongs to these two addresses, too.
• More than 85% of number of transactions and about 98% of volume took placed to send LUNC to DEXs.
• okx & ftx have had most share of transactions count (85.8 & 14%, respectively)

• In the following charts the count of transactions, unique senders and receivers and volume transferred by weekly are shown.

• As of above bar charts can be seen that in Sep 5th, the transactions volume peaked at 110.3M LUNC that was too significant relative to other days.
• As of cumulative line, more than 588.35M LUNC were transferred since aka Luan 2.0 ()2022-05-27)
• Also, its observable that in Sep 5th, transactions count and unique users rose, too.

The charts in the right side and below shows the top 10 addresses who sent most volume of LUNC and have had most transactions count since inception date.

• terra18vn…4sqe & terra1ncj…eht5 transferred most volume since Inception date with 29 & 24.5%, respectively.
• These two addresses have had most transactions count, too, with 27.5 & 14.7% of transactions count.
• Most count of unique receivers are belongs to these two addresses, too.
