Q87. Analyse the stablecoin landscape on Sushiswap, identifying the various tokens available and their main metrics (volume, number of swaps, TVL, and other relevant for you). Which one is the most successful? Is it the same at Uniswap?

Method

To achieve the aims of this dashboard, I used ethereum.core.dim_dex_liquidity_pools and flipside_prod_db.ethereum.erc20_balances to calculate the total value locked as TVL. Also, by use of ethereum.sushi.ez_swaps and flipside_prod_db.uniswapv3.swaps tables, the volume and number of swap transactions are found.

Cnclusion

In all three assessed metrics USDC$ is the stablecoin in the most.
TVL on Uniswap (V2 + V3) are about more than 10 times over than Sushiswap.

Volume & number of swaps metrics are calculated for Uniswap v3 as of following sharts.
