Introduction

A PoS blockchain called Algorand was created to address the fundamental problem with blockchains. Security, scalability, and a lack of centralization are all challenges. The majority of Bitcoin blockchain evaluations, notably on Reddit, focus on scalability concerns. Bitcoin Cash and Lightning were created to address this issue. Based on an innovative transaction verification approach, Algorand is anticipated to be an open, transparent, and secure economic system. In place of Proof-of-Work, Algorand employs Proof-of-Stake.

Method

In this dashboard I used flipside_prod_db.algorand.account table and joint it with flipside_prod_db.algorand.block by ***created_at = block_id ***to find the date of creating wallets that have had a swap transactions on May & June, also I categorized those wallet by their balance of $ALGOs on their wallets. but at the first I used flipside_prod_db.algorand.swaps table to find the address that have had a swap transactions in May and June.

So let’s look at the findings as below.

Analysis

In the above PIE charts the top 10 assets that swap to/from by swappers in May and June are shown.

Conclusion

I categorized wallet with less than 100 $ALGOs on their wallets that can see most of them was created on 2022.

More than 37% of swappers in May and June was belongs to who had 1 to 50K $ALGOs on their wallets that categorized as Believer on my holders classification.

and also More than 32% of swappers in May and June was belongs to who had more than 500K $ALGOs on their wallets that categorized as Whale on my holders classification.

And finally third part of swappers are belong to who have 50k to 500K $ALGOs on their wallets that categorized as Big holders on my holders classification

Some of the things you can look at but should not be limited to:

what assets do swappers hold?
what is their ALGO balance?
how often are they swapping?
when was the wallet created?
