Method

In this dashboard, I use the osmosis.core.fact_transactions table to count distinct user addresses as unique users in 2022, and the osmosis.core.fact_msgs table to indicate event types that led to the creation of unique users over time.

Analysis

Observation

In the above chart the unique users are shown over time since Jan 2022, its observable that on May 29th and April 23th most unique users was created on OSMOSIS blockchain.
In the below some of announcements of news that led to most unique users came into OSMO are depicted.

Conclusion

As of the above fundamental news, one can see that on February 1st, the OSMOSISZONE chain went live, which led to the most unique users on February 1st, as of the below bar chart.
As on April 23rd, the proposals for the Canonical Ethereum bridge went live, which led to the most unique users created on the day after February 1st.
