Impact of AAVE Governance Update on Risk Parameters : Change in Liquidation Threshold and Number of User at risk of Liquidation

In this analytics I will try to show the impact of change in Liquidation Threshold towards number of borrower at risk of Liquidation. In this analytics the collateral we are analyzing specifically is the WETH token. The update we are considering is 14th September 2021 AAVE update; "LTV and Liquidation Threshold Updates to Moderate Levels".
