Active-ness Gauge ( Weekly Swap Count)

    In order to decide between an active and inactive users, we need to know the average txn made by users. The chart below visualizes the average Weekly swap transactions by every osmos users. We can conclude, users that scores their total weekly transaction above than this gauge, are said to be an active user. otherwise its an inactive user.

    Active vs Inactive address per Week

    The chart below we can se the changes in user activity over time, in terms of swap count activity. We can see that the number of Address in overall Osmosis ecosystem is increasing over time, from Jan 2022 to late Feb . User Activeness on Osmosis peaked on March 2022, then shows declining trend.

    Jan-Feb Hike, most frequent msg_type registered

    The chart below shows the distribution of the type of transaction and the number of tx registered. This exclude msgs and tx type because they essentially exist in every transaction, thus is ignored. Coin_received is highest, even more than coin_spent. This shows that there are more transactions that gives coin to these addresses, than address sending tokens in return for other tkens (swaps). This may indicate airdrop claims on Osmosis, or staking rewards

    Conclusion

    There are more coin received txns by users than coin spent by users. This suggest during the hike, the address are joining to gather airdrop. Further study must be done to study which token are yielding the most user.
