Approach

The number of liquidity providers could be explored from two different perspectives:

1. Number of addresses that add liquidity on a given day.
2. Number of addresses which have a non zero share of a liquidity pool on a given day.

To complete this bounty, only the first definition was explored, since I could not find an obvious way to compute the calculations for the second defintion.

1. Number of addresses that add liquidity on a given day

Method

To calculate the number of addresses for the first definition the number of unique addresses which add liquidity to a given pool on each day were calculated.

All the data is obtained from the thorchain.liquidity_actions pool.

This dashboard presents an analysis of the number of liquidity providers for each pool on Thorchain.
