Anchor Protocol new users
Analysing new user activity on the Anchor Protcol
New users were defined as those who made their first interaction on any component of the anchor protocol within the past 90 days. This included:
- Depositing into Anchor Earn
- Bonding eth to beth
- Posting any bonded asset as collateral
- Governance staking
- Borrowing.
Each user was assigned a category based on their first use of the platform - a simple indicator for their initial primary use of the protocol.
This dashboard provides as summary of new user growth and activity for the Anchor Protocol over the last 90 days.
The chart below illustrates the cumulative total number of new users over time for the past 90 days. New users are categorised based on their first use. Overall, the key findings are that:
- There has been over 70,000 new Anchor Protocol users over the past 90 days
- The majority of these users have deposited UST into Anchor Earn
- A smaller amount of users have either bonded assets, posted collateral or undertaken governance staking.
We can also analyse frequency of interaction of new users since their first interaction. The chart below visualises the last date that new users made transactions on any component of the Anchor Protocol.
The main observation is that over 45,000 users made a transaction within the last 30 days, and 20,000 made a transaction within the last 7 days.
