NBA Top Shot is made on a partnership between the NBA and Dapper Labs, AND it is about the ability to trade the official NBA NFTs. because of this, start of NBA playoff may have a good impact

This graph shows:

there is no clear correlation between the start of NBA playoffs and the swap stats except but if we compare the overall stats between 'April, 20 - may, 3' which is Close to the start date, with the stats after 'may, 3' we can observe an increase in volume and TX number

Anyway, the condition of market and price action still play the most important role.

We can see the same thing here also. After 'may, 3' there is an increase in overall TX Number on all flow network

This graph shows us :

there is clear increase of volume here specially in the start of NBA playoffs but after that the volume decrease slowly

4. Conclusion

1- there is no big correlation between overall flow (coin And network) stats and start of NBA playoffs.

2- start of NBA playoffs create a big hype over the topshow NFTs and trading volume of them increased so fast

1- swapping data of Flow token extracted from flow.core.fact_swaps table and grouped by day we showed this data in one graph

2- I calculated the number of TX with flow.core.fact_transactions table and group it by day

3- for volume of topshot NFTs I used flow.core.fact_nft_sales and the meaning of volume here is the number of NFTs that traded
