what is lunc?
LUNC is the native cryptocurrency of the old Terra network. It was launched in 2018 and was known as LUNA at the time, before taking on the LUNC tag after the Terra crash. On the other hand, LUNA is the name given to the native token of the new offshoot blockchain, which was launched on May 28, 2022.
what is Luna 2?
Luna 2.0 is the brand new token of the new Terra blockchain intended to rescue the Terra Luna ecosystem following the stablecoin collapse. Dubbed the Luna rebirth, TerraForm Labs founder Do Kwon's proposal saw new chain replace the existing Terra network. Alongside this, Luna 2.0 replaced the existing version of Luna.
Governance
The Terra protocol is a decentralized public blockchain governed by community members. Governance is the democratic process that allows users and validators to make changes to the Terra protocol. Community members submit, vote, and implement proposals.
The governance module maintains the logic for all governance activity.

- As opposed to 74% voting yes, 54% of the proposals were rejected because users with more voting power voted no.
- Proposal 27 has most score (summation of voting power) and proposal 82 has least.

- After April 2022 number of proposals and voters growth so that in 19 we have a spike may 2022 with 20K voters.

- Terra proposal 1623 to birth a new chain was not the only proposal undergoing a community vote.
- The Terra community was also voting on Proposal 1747, suggesting the burn of 1.38 billion UST from the community pool.
- Terra Proposal 1747 will reduce the outstanding bad debt of Eliminating a significant chunk of the excess UST supply at once will alleviate much of the peg pressure on UST. This is advantageous relative to the slow burn rate and type of downstream effects that inflated on-chain swap spreads induce on the Terra economy over an extended period.

we can see the proposal 1747 completely have been explained what they want and what gonna happened. it has a summary and illustrate everything will happened.
contrary to proposals 1747 the proposal 4595 is completely confusing it is very brief and short.
