BENQI project on Avalanche

This dashboard is designed to provide exploring user engagement, event trends, and asset supply/borrow trends in the BENQI.

    Avalanche

A high-performance, scalable, and energy-efficient blockchain platform designed for smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). Avalanche is known for its rapid transaction processing, low fees, and robust security.

    Benqi

Benqi is one of the most prominent lending protocols on Avalanche and has become the primary provider of liquid staking on the network. (It is the second Avalanche project by TVL featured on Defi Llama)

It is a non-custodial liquidity market cryptocurrency. It allows users to borrow, lend and earn interest using its crypto. It aims to alleviate the problems facing the DeFi scenario as we know it today, namely high network fees and congestion. The protocol works by allowing users to deposit their assets, which will be added to a pool that others can borrow from. Users who contribute liquidity to the protocol can earn passive income, while those who borrow can do so on an over-collateralized basis.

This dashboard is designed to provide an overview of user engagement, event trends, and asset trends in BENQI using asset contracts that are available to supply and borrow. (assets)

    Background

In terms of time frame, I considered the whole data that are available and I did not limit the time frame of the analysis.

By default, all of the charts are weekly but you can choose your desired timestamp (year, month, week, or day)

The dashboard is divided into four sections

    • Activity Overall stats
    • Activity Breakdown By Events
    • Activity Breakdown By Assets
    • Events breakdown by assets

Limitations: I just calculated asset amounts (Not USD volume). There is no Price table on Flipside's Avalance chain database.
