Introduction

As we know, Polygon is a “layer two” or “sidechain” scaling solution that runs alongside the Ethereum blockchain — allowing for speedy transactions and low fees.

In this analysis, we are going to count and plot the number of daily transactions and unique addresses on Polygon, beginning July 1, 2022, and discuss whether Polygon is still growing, has reached a plateau, etc.

Conclusions

As we have analyzed and seen in the graphs, the number of transactions and active users have fluctuated daily. But we can not say that the growth process of Polygon has stopped because after the collapse of Terra network, many protocols are going to migrate to Polygon network. Therefore, I don't think that this trend will continue like this and it will even be downward. I think that the number of users and transactions will increase after the complete migration of Terra projects on the Polygon network and the improvement of the market situation.
