Introduction

Flow is a blockchain built specifically for Web3 assets and apps like NFTs, crypto games, and DAOs. One of Flow's main features is its speed compared to other blockchains.
In this analysis, we are going to analyze Flow performance and compare its total successful transactions and NFT sale transactions with Eth and Solana blockchain.

In the next chart, you can see the daily average of success and failed transactions per minute.

• The black line shows the daily performance of Flow. on 11nd May and 19nd May and in the last days of May, we can see a sharp decrease in blockchain performance.
• The smallest performance happened on 29nd May.

• by looking at the above chart and comparing it with the previous one, we realize that the low performance causes a sudden increase in the number of transactions. (more tries to make a transaction)

• by comparing the above chart with two previous charts, we detect the low performance reduced interest because failed transactions were too much and some users did more tries and others probably decided to do nothing.

Now we are going to analyze Eth and Solana performances and compare them with Flow performance.

• Changes in Eth blockchain performance have been small and the performance has been in the range of 700k-800k.

• Solana is known as a high-performance blockchain. This fact can be obtained by looking at the chart above.
• but the number of failed transactions in this blockchain is close to half of the total transactions.

Flow, Solana, and Eth are blockchains that provide NFT sales. Now we are going to compare NFT sales performance.(determined by just NFT sales transactions)

• Solana's performance is better than others.
• before 9nd May, Flow performance was better than Eth but after this day, Eth has been better, and gradually the difference between them has increased.

Conclusion

Flow is a high-performance blockchain but it had fluctuations during May.
by comparing this blockchain with Eth and Solana we realize that Flow wasn't better than these two blockchains.
