Introduction

Overtime markets is a fully on-chain sports AMM with Chainlink sport feeds, allowing users to bet on Soccer, Football, MMA, and Baseball. In this analysis we are going to analyze Overtime and answer these questions:

What is the total volume on Overtime Markets over the past two weeks?
Which sports are receiving the most bets in total dollar volume on a daily basis?
Which games received the most activity, both in total users and total $ volume?

According to this donut chart, Baseball and soccer was more popular for betting.

166k dollars of 356k was belong to the baseball sport. (in percentage, we can say 46% of the volume.)
in the second place, 34% of total volume(about 123k$) was belong to the soccer markets.

In this linear chart we can see daily changes of volume based on sports. On August 11-14 we have the higher volume. The maximum volume was in the 14 August and that related to the soccer sport. in this date, soccer leagues started the games.(like La Liga, serie A,...)

The highest volumes were on August 11-14, when the games of the some soccer leagues were started and MLB games were in progress.

baseball had the most number of unique bettors (203 user); soccer by the number of 187 bettors, was in the second place.
The number of bets in soccer was more than the baseball.
MMA and American football was so close in the number of bets and bettors.

MLB baseball games received the most activity in total volume and users. (166k$ and 203 bettors)
EPL (Premier league of England) with 46.7K$ and 126 users was in second place.

Conclusion

Over the past two weeks, total volume($) of Overtime markets has been about 356k($).
baseball sport markets have received the most activity in dollars(46%) and number of users.
