Forefront Holder Distribution

    Q1. Forefront has ownership tiers based on the number of tokens that you hold. These tiers provide access to different tools and community features.     Introduction

    Forefront is the launchpad empowering web3 explorers to create at the frontier of tokenized communities. We strive to empower and serve the Web3 world-builders of tomorrow via 1) literacy, 2) tribe and 3) tools.

    Forefront's community uses a access structure based on the $FF token. This bounty will analyse $FF token holder distibution.

    Methodology

    Addresses holding the FF token contract_address = lower('0x7E9D8f07A64e363e97A648904a89fb4cd5fB94CD') on March 23rd are ordered on a tier system with variable steps. These steps were defined after aggregating the number of users per balance and finding the most common balances.

    Results

    Of the total 1284 holders, figure 1 shows the distribution on the predefined tiers by number on a bar graph. Figure 2 shows a donut graph with percentages. The 200$FF is the most populated, with 432 holders having between 200-300 tokens (33%). Second most tier is 10 $FF, with 200 holders with 10-100 tokens (16%).

    We know that 1000 $FF give access to the community discord and 100 $FF give access to Forefront Signal.

    Conclusions

    In my opinion, this token model gives more flexibility that a gated NFT because you can create more tiers and even evolve these tiers if the token appreciates a lot over time. It is an interesting development that could be really a game changer. Take a look at this example from this article:

    This can open new business models for existing companies and could have a bigger impact that current subscriptions models like Netflix or Spotify because there are less boundaries. Forefront is developing these token models and developing communitites around them.
