Avax vs Terra Volume of deposits

We look at the deposits made on anchor on Terra vs the deposits made on anchor on Avalanche.

First let's look at the deposits made on Terra vs the deposits made on Avalanche in a linear fashion...

What we can see, is that the volume on Avalanche has slowly decreased, with the exception of today where there is another local maximum spike of deposits.

Next let's look at these in a logarithmic fashion...

What this one shows us, is that for Terra there still is a continuous inflow of capital in the deposit product over time and it hasn't really stagnated yet. On the other hand for the Avalanche earn deposits, we can see that the deposits on earn have (since the launch), slowly stagnated and decreased.

This could be for a number of reasons

• People are afraid of using wormhole assets, especially after the hack.
• People want to use native assets in general.
• People do not know this is an available place to park their stables on Avalanche
• People not trusting Anchor because they do not know the Terra ecosystem very well
