Osmosis validator whales with 100% commission
Full explanation in a twitter thread. This dashboards main use is to display transactions so that anyone willing to look into it has it easier.

It all starts with a series of tx which account for 1.5M ATOM received, from a wallet which seems to have bought through an exchange.
Afte receiving a crazy amount of ATOM, it swapped all 1.5M ATOM to 18M OSMO, paying almost 3k ATOM in swap fees.
Address osmo1des8.. delegated 6.7M OSMO to chorus one (rank 3 at the time), 7M OSMO to cosmostation (rank 1 at the time) and 6M OSMO to Figment.
This meant that the top 3 validators increased significantly power, affecting by quite a lot the voting decentralization (nakamoto coefficient went down from 9 to 6 in a single day.

After a few months, it redelegated everything to a new validator: Reynisfjara. This new validator has 100% commission, is the top 1 validator in voting power and this wallets' delegation represents 99,1% of all delegations, so it's safe to say it corresponds to the same user.
It's an interesting case too, but older. It has of 9M OSMO delegated between tree-frog (100% commission), Parakeet (100% commission) and Peregrine. osmo1cy was funded by the foundation, as well as another top 10 validator with 100% commission (Frog OSMO).
You have to backtrace a little bit, but you get to the origin tx.
