Method

In this analysis, I used the flipsidecrypto external.layerzero.fact_transactions_snapshot table to find information related to LayerZero users before the snapshot. I tried to find related addresses by analyzing all of their activity on EVM chains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, BSC, Gnosis, Base, Blast, and Aurora.

In this analysis:

✨The minimum related wallets are defined as 20 wallets, meaning a wallet should be related to at least 20 wallets to be included in the list. This criterion is selected by the LayerZero team and can't be changed.

✨Being related is defined as having at least 10 transactions between two wallets. If two wallets have more than 10 two-way transactions, then they are defined as related wallets (sybil suspicious). This criterion is selected by me and can change to any other numbers.

In the first table, you will find all suspicious wallets called main_wallets (along with their total related wallet count) and their respective related wallets (along with their related transactions count with the main_wallet).

In the next table, you will see only all main_wallets (for better understanding).

🔍Note: All of these addresses have fulfilled our criteria, so all of them are categorized in suspicious sybil clusters.

🔍Note: You can use tools like Arkham to visualize relations for a better view.

Terminology:

🔰 main_wallets: Primary wallets under investigation or analysis.

🔰 related_wallet: Wallets associated with a main wallet through transactions/interactions.

🔰 total_related_wallets: Total number of wallets connected to a main wallet.

🔰 related_transactions_count: Number of transactions between a main_wallet and its related_wallet
