A look at the initial distribution of the $PRISMA token
$PRISMA
Prisma is a DeFi protocol that focuses on maximizing the potential of Ethereum liquid staking tokens (LSTs). Users can create a stablecoin called mkUSD, which is backed by these tokens. The stablecoin is incentivized on platforms like Curve and Convex Finance, allowing users to earn trading fees, CRV, CVX, and PRISMA in addition to their Ethereum staking rewards.
$PRISMA is the governance token of the Prisma protocol, with a maximum supply of 300 million tokens.
These tokens are distributed to users for various protocol actions and can be used for governance. The token allocation includes 62% for emissions, directed by the Prisma DAO, 20% for Core Contributors, 10% for Early Supporters, 5% in the Prisma DAO Treasury, and 3% distributed to veCRV voters and Prisma Point holders.
