To query on-chain data to find the number of daily active wallets on Terra from the past 90 days and give an analysis of findings. The metrics of daily active users for any project/ecosystem is a strong indicator of adoption, thus, this dashboard will help give stakeholders insights on whether the Terra ecosystem is expanding or diminishing.
2. Terra dApps Daily Active Users
Let's begin with a high-level summary of Terra's daily active users. The visualization below show's the daily active users interacting with Terra contracts. With Terra being a smart contracts platform, this metric gives a fair insight into ecosystem activity. There has been a gradual increase from August 2021, through to November, with the highest peak of 28.5K active users taking place on November 3, 2021.
3. TerraSwap Daily Active Users
The backbone of every DeFi ecosystem is the ability to swap tokens or currencies. Here, we want to take a look at how many users are actively swapping tokens on Terra's defacto AMM, TerraSwap. As you can see, daily active swappers have increased similarly to the overall ecosystem activity.
4. Terra P2P Transfers
Another type of activity in the Terra ecosystem is P2P transfers which are not covered under the scope of dApp activity. Here, we visualize the daily active users involved in wallet-to-wallet transfers. We observe that transfers have been historically low, compared to dApp activity, however, a similar pattern of behaviour is visualized. P2P activity gradually increased in early October and went on to achieve an all-time high of 4.1K on October 8th.
