We can see that the BTC.BTC pool began with 2 BTC in mid-April 2021 and steadily rose to 460 BTC on July 6, 2021. Amidst the numerous hacks, there was a slight dip in TVL in November 2021, however, there was a quick rebound in 2022 which saw a steep rise to an all-time high of 1,233 BTC on April 2, 2022.

With THORchain's impermanent loss protection and the launch of Synths, the ecosystem is expected to see more liquidity providers troop in which may result in increasing the TVL of pools.
