Method:

From dex swaps, Gain or Loss of stETH to ETH or ETH to stETH swaps were calculated.

The below chart shows us Percent of gain or loss of swap ETH to stETH and vice versa.

The below table show us the count and amount of profit/loss of all swaps.

Conclusion:

Although the dex_swaps table doesn't conclude all of the swap transactions, but we can conclude that the resultant of all ETH to stETH swap is positive (gain) and stETH to ETH is negative (loss).
