Activity After Re-Enabling Pools

Due to the recent collapse of Terra in May, ThorChain automatically halted trading with Terra assets. With the actual price of those assets going to nearly 0 but the price in the ThorChain liquidity pools still being well above 0 there was a lot of discussion about what the next steps shall be.
