What is Multiswap?

This Product comes from CavalRE a project from Eric Forgy a Physicist who fell down into the rabbit hole of Automated Market Makers (AMMs) and the Mathematics behind them.

Eventually, he Published a Paper on arXiv and worked to turn this paper into a living breathing protocol which is Multiswap.

The goal of CavalRE and Multiswap is to create a new era of AMMs Launching a Single Liquidity Pool in Avalanche that contains the following Tokens:

Stablecoins: USDC, USDt, EUROC, USDC.e, USDT.e, DAI.e
Altcoins: WETH.e, WBTC.e, BTC.b, WAVAX
And their Liquidity Token: β

This Liquidity Pool contains these 11 assets, allowing users to make things such as:

Swap All the tokens you want, and receive All the tokens you want in a single transaction.
Provide Liquidity Using a Single Token or Multiples Tokens.
Withdraw your Liquidity Into the tokens you want.

The Three Principles

Multiswaps Operates following these principles which are:

Value of LP tokens = Value of asset tokens: The supply and value of their LP Token β reflects the LP TVL.
A Pre-Specified Pool Rebalancing Strategy: The post-trade weight of each asset is known before the AMM state changes and does not depend on the trade.
Self-Financing Transactions: No value is created or destroyed in the process of a transaction, but is merely transferred from one token to another.
