LoftyAI is a platform that allows investors to crowdfund and invest in tokenized real estate for as little as $50. It is built on Algorand, making it a hybrid of real estate and DeFi. Anyone may become a direct owner of real estate and generate rental revenue using LoftyAI's model. Property listings on the LoftyAI marketplace are evaluated by their local investment team as well as unique artificial intelligence, which is meant to more accurately evaluate market characteristics that drive appreciation, such as social media data, retail trends, and more.
