    Overview

In this dashboard, I will answer this question from Flipside Crypto:

    • Q101. How many wallets have a balance greater than 1 ALGO? And how many of those wallets sent or received a transaction in May?

    • How many new wallets were created in May? What % of total wallets with more than 1 ALGO is this? Additionally, show the distribution of ALGO holdings for these new wallets. What is the average ALGO holding of these new wallets?

    • What other ASAs do these new wallets from May hold? How many of these wallets have performed a swap?

    • Finally, note anything else interesting about these wallets! Why are these wallets being created and what are they doing on Algorand?"

    Introduction

    What Is Algorand?

    • Algorand (ALGO) is both a digital currency and blockchain platform. -The Algorand platform is designed to process many transactions quickly, similar to a major payments processor like Mastercard or Visa.
    • Algorand can host other cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based projects, making it a direct competitor to Ethereum. ALGO, the platform's native currency, is used to secure the Algorand blockchain and pay processing fees for Algorand-based transactions.
    • Algorand is an open-source blockchain, meaning that anyone can view and contribute to the platform's code. Algorand uses an operating protocol called pure proof-of-stake (PPoS), which recruits network operators from the entire pool of ALGO coin holders.

    Method

-> >To get this data, I first created a CTE and made the list I wanted from the wallet addresses.
To do this, I used the flipside_prod_db.algorand.account and flipside_prod_db.algorand.blocktables.

    > I used the second table to give time information to wallets.

    > For the second question, I categorized the assets of my wallets using the case command.

    > For question 3, I used the flipside_prod_db.algorand.account_asset table, but gave the list I made from the wallets to the Join table.

    > Finally, I used flipside_prod_db.algorand.swaps to get swaps.
