Introduction

What is Osmosis?

Osmosis is an automated market maker (AMM) built on Cosmos that enables cross-chain transactions through Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC). This gives the protocol an added layer of interoperability and composability.

What is LP?

Liquidity Provider Tokens, or LP Tokens for short, are a reward mechanism to help facilitate transactions between other different types of currencies. Decentralized exchanges rely on Liquidity Providers to ensure there is an always-on market for the trading of cryptocurrencies.

The highest growth of new users is between January and May 2022 Of course, we have recently seen the growth of new users in December 19th.

The most transferred assets for users who entered Osmosis for the first time was Atom with 215.2k transfers and 68.6%.

Asset EVMOS ranks next in new user transfers with 29k transfers and about 9.2%.

The most activity after the first transfer to Osmosis was Transfer with 1.3M transactions and 52%, and after that, Swap with 428k transactions and 18.3% has been the most activity among users after transferring to Osmosis first time.

The most activity after the first transfer to Osmosis was Transfer with 1.4M users and 56%, and after that, Swap with 428k users and 16.8% has been the most activity among users after transferring to Osmosis first time.

This shows that more than 50% of users do not want to stay in the Osmosis ecosystem.

The noteworthy point is that since April 4, the cumulative number of users and Stake transactions has increased from Vote and LP.

The most assets that users who entered Osmosis for the first time and made a swap were Osmosis with 183k swaps and 140M dollars.

After that Atom has the most swaps with 47k swaps and 26.8M dollars.

The largest volume of swaps happened in the first weeks of the year, about 15M dollars, the largest share of which was for Osmosis.

The largest number of LPs joined by users who entered the Osmosis ecosystem for the first time belongs to the ATOM/OSMO pool with 60k transactions and 10.2M dollars.

After ATOM/OSMO pool , REGEN/ATOM Pool is the next largest by volume with 3.6M dollars.

JUNU/OSMO pool is next in terms of number of transactions with about 4k transactions.

More than 90% of the first-time Osmosis users who joined the pool belonged to the ATOM/OSMO pool.

In this section, it displays the number of transactions and volume on the assets that were swapped and then joined in the LP.

The largest volume and transaction belongs to Osmosis asset and ATOM is in the next rank.

According to the cumulative charts, after the volume of swap osmosis has grown since the beginning of the year, this volume has decreased since the beginning of May.

Also from the beginning of 2022,The volume of ATOM swap also increased, but over time this volume decreased
