The number of people who entered the pool before the Pool of the Week programme was drastically declining, but after that date, the number of users who joined the pool stabilised. Nonetheless, there were relatively few people that left the pool before the date, but there were more exiters after that.

As we can see, there are much more people who entered the pool than who left it. Additionally, the volatility chart shows that after a few days of the Pool of the Week programme, user behaviour became more unpredictable and the pool saw an increase in usage.

These two charts display the number of new members who joined the OSMO/StOSMO pool. However, as we can see, the number of new users that entered the pool after November 11 is not nearly as great as it was before to the Pool of the Week programme, and the cumulative chart also reveals that after November 11, the number of users hit a plateau.

The number of new members joining the pool each day in USD was more than it was prior to the Pool of the Week promotion, but the daily sums were declining. However, as we can see, there is no downtrend following the Pool of the Week programme, even if the USD volume each day is lower than it was before, and the USD volume leaving the pool has climbed.

After the Pool of the Week programme, the volatility of the pool's $USD volume increased, indicating that the pool is noteworthy. Additionally, the other chart indicates that after November 11, the USD volume that left the pool initially increased, but that after a while, the $USD volume that was added to the pool also increased.

Prior to the Pool of the Week programme, the number of users joining the pool was on the decline. However, following the programme, the number of users joining the pool grew, and it is now stable. moreover, the number of people who left the ppool fell immediately following the date, however a few individuals left the pool after a few days.

As we can see, there are more new users than there are distinct people that have left the pool. Moreover, the volatility graph demonstrates that following the Pool of the Week programme, the volatility of joining or leaving the pool reduced, and we currently have a consistent number of people that are utilising the pool.

After November 15, the number of new pool users climbed for a short period of time before declining (this chart only shows users who are interacting with the pool for the first time, not all new users), and the cumulative chart also shows a rise in the number of new pool users.

It's interesting to note that while the quantity of people entering the pool climbed following the date, the volume of USD joining the pool declined following the Pool of the Week programme. It implies that some brand-new customers are only trying out the pool. Moreover, the USD volume that left the pool shows that, except for one day, there was no unusually high volume of USD that left the pool.

The USD volume entering the pool is obviously more than the USD volume leaving the pool, however following the Pool of the Week programme, the USD volume entering the pool fell. Additionally, the volatility chart demonstrates that, except from one day, there is no such fluctuation in the USD volume of the pool following the Pool of the Week programme.

After the Pool of the Week programme ended, fewer participants entered the pool, but the total number of users in the pool has remained consistent. Additionally, before the Pool of the Week programme, there was a downward trend in the number of users joining the pool. Moreover, after the Pool of the Week campaign, a greater number of customers left the pool. Additionally, the BNB/OSMO pool was not much improved by the Pool of the Week programme.

In the wake of the Pool of the Week programme, there is less volatility. Additionally, after the Pool of the Week promotion, fewer people used the pool overall. it indicates that the programme did not significantly alter the users' behaviour.

Before November 22 there were a lot of new members joining the pool, however that number drastically fell after that day. Additionally, the cumulative graphic supports this assertion. The Pool of the Week initiative therefore had a negative effect from the perspective of new users who are entering the pool for the first time.

Prior to the Pool of the Week programme, there was a downward trend in the USD volume that was joining the pool. Since that date, the volume has stabilised and is lower than it was previously. Moreover, the USD volume of withdrawals from the pool surged after the Pool of the Week programme.

Overall, we have higher USD volume joining the pool before and after the Pool of the Week programme, although after the date, the volume is significantly lower than before the programme. Additionally, except from a few days, there is virtually little fluctuation in the pool in terms of USD volume volatility. Additionally, we have increased volatility since the Pool of the Week programme.

After the Pool of the Week programme, the number of users who joined the pool on a daily basis declined. From the week before to the date, the number of new users had been increasing, but after the Pool of the Week programme, it had been declining. Additionally, fewer people left the pool following the Pool of the Week programme.

It's interesting to note that following the Pool of the Week programme, the volatilty of new users grew and the amount of negative volatilty increased, indicating a decline in the number of people entering the pool after the date. Moreover, the Pool of the Week programme as a whole had a negative effect on the pool.

We had a higher USD volume of new pool members before the Pool of the Week promotion than we did after it. and following the Pool of the Week programme, the outgoing liquidity also fell. Yet overall, the Pool of the Week programme had little impact on the liquidity of the pool.

Following the Pool of the Week programme, there is very little volatility in the USD volume, which indicates that the users are not utilising the pool. The Pool of the Week programme did not have such a positive impact on the pool, as shown by the other graphic, which supports this fact.

    Background:

Since the start of November, the Osmosis Support Labs team has run the Pool of the Week program, highlighting important and/or new pools within the ecosystem. What kind of impact has this program had on the liquidity of these pools?

Track LP volume in and out of these pools based on the following dates:

    • 11/11/22 Pool 833 - stOSMO / OSMO
    • 11/15/22 Pool 837 - IST / OSMO
    • 11/22/22 Pool 840 - BNB / OSMO
    • 11/29/22 Pool 634 - wETH.grv / OSMO

For each pool track from date above to present.

    Introduction:

Osmosis is a new innovation of Decentralized Exchange built on an entirely different ecosystem. Decentralized Finance has continued to witness progressive innovations different from the existing ones. Osmosis is a decentralized exchange created by making use of the Cosmos SDK built on the Cosmos ecosystem a framework used for creating blockchains. Osmosis also adopts the use of the Automated Market Maker features enhancing liquidity on the cosmos system.

The Osmosis exchange was developed on public and open-source software that allows peer-to-peer transaction and allows trading of tokens accepted by the IBC.  Users are allowed to access pools by making use of webs or mobile interfaces. So operations are not limited to the website alone but users must understand that they are responsible for the interfaces and fees. Osmosis exchange is highly volatile and users may experience fluctuation of token prices in their trading pair.[1]

    Method:

For my analysis, I used two sections in this dashboard, one for each pool:

    1-Users

    2-$USD volume Inflow and Outflow

In the first section I used these analysis:

1-Total number of Unique users who joined the pool

2-Total number of Unique users who exited the pool

    3-Number of pool users

4-Total number of users Volatilities on the pool

5-Number of new users in the pool

6-Cumulative Number of new users in the pool

In the second part I analyzed $USD volume of the pools include:

1-Average $USD volume of joining or exiting the pool per day

2-$USD volume of the pool based on number of transactions

3-Transaction numbers of the pool based on $USD volume

4-Joining the pool $USD volume per day

5-Exiting the pool $USD volume per day

6-Joining and exiting the pool USD volume

7-Total $USD volume Volatilities on the pool

8-Joining the pool by number of actions volume per day

9-Exiting the pool by number of actions volume per day

    Conclusion:

**1-**Prior to the Pool of the Week programme, the number of users entering the stOSMO / OSMO pool was rapidly falling, but after that date, the number of users entering the pool stabilised. Nevertheless, only a small number of people left the pool before the date, but many departed after that.

**2-**The number of people entering the IST / OSMO pool was declining prior to the Pool of the Week promotion. But after the programme, more people began to join the pool, and it is now steady. A few people left the pool after a few days, but the number of people who left the pool reduced shortly after the date.

**3-**Less people joined the BNB / OSMO pool once the Pool of the Week programme ended, but the overall pool user count has stayed constant. In addition, there was a decline in new users entering the pool prior to the Pool of the Week campaign. Furthermore, more patrons abandoned the pool following the Pool of the Week promotion. The Pool of the Week initiative also did nothing to enhance the BNB/OSMO pool.

**4-**The daily number of people joining the wETH.grv / OSMO pool decreased after the Pool of the Week promotion. The number of new users had been rising from the previous week until the date, but it had been falling following the Pool of the Week programme. Additionally, after the Pool of the Week promotion, fewer individuals departed the pool.

    [1]:

Well, after the Pool of the Week programme, there has been an increase in people who have just joined the pool and have never used it before. it indicates that due to the Pool of the Week campaign, some new people who had never utilised the pool are now doing so.and also the cumulative chart confirm this fact
