Introduction

Quixotic is the largest NFT marketplace on Optimism, a layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum. This dashboard represents a Quixotic NFT Market trends. It is intended to provide an overview of the current market for NFTs in Optimism. The idea is that readers can have at their disposal a tool to see the current volume of NFT sales, which are the most popular secondary markets, as well as to see other metrics such as the number of users, the average price per sale of NFTs, etc. All the metrics are displayed in a daily basis.

Finally, a current metrics about each Quixotic NFT collection is displayed. The metrics corresponds to volume, popularity, sales, and percentage growth during the last 24h and during the last 7 days.

Methodology

This dashboard have been made thanks to Flipside Crypto data. To do that, we have used the Optimism tables inside its database. In concrete, ez_nft_sales, labels and nfts tables have been used to get the results. The approach have been focuses in two ways: the first one to give a global vision of the entire NFT sales on Optimism blockhain, and the second one, to give a deep inside vision about each detailed secondary market NFT marketplace, filtering by Quixotic marketplace.

Results

The first charts below shows data from the past 30 days about:

• The NFT volume sold in USD
• The number of sales
• The average NFT price
• The number of buyers and sellers

The donut on the left shows the top collections in terms of NFT sales over the past 30 days.

As it can be seen, the most transferred collections have been Mirror Uniswap and Bored Town. However, there is an important different between the first and the rest.

The table below shows the NFT projects that are currently in the markets that work with Optimism and are available on Quixotic NFT marketplace. The table gives information about the number of sales, the 24h growth, the 7 days growth, the total volume, the 24h growth and the 7 days growth, the averahe NFT price, as well as the number of buyers and sellers. All data is provided over the past 30 days.
