In this dashboard we are gonna see the total value locked (TVL) on Stargate platform in Ethereum network and what percentage of the TVL is made up by each token staked.
Introduction and methods
Stargate Finance is a cryptocurrency liquidity protocol that has been launched as a Composable Omnichain Native Asset Bridge, where users can add liquidity to the platform's omnichain protocol and earn stablecoin rewards on every Stargate transfer.
In this dashboard we are gonna show the Total Value Locked (TVL) of Stargate on Ethereum nad how it has changed since its inception. As well, we are gonna see the total value locked (TVL) on Stargate platform in Ethereum network taking into account the percentage of the TVL made up by each token staked.
To carry out a good analysis, we are gonna see the follwoing metrics:
- Net volume staked over time
- Net amount of users staking on the platform
- TVL on Stargate by each token staked
- Percentage of the TVL by token staked
- Daily net users staking by each token
- Percentage of users staking by token
The TVL trend is similar to the metrics analyzed before. The TVL value increased during the first half but decreased during the second half in both tokens. However, the trends are not similar because USDC increased stronger during the first half and decreased stronger during the second half. Nevertheless, USDC value has been higher than USDT value. If we take a look at the percentages, USDC dominates from the beginning till the end having aounrd 60% of the total TVL while USDT had 40%.
Considering the two first charts, we can see how during the first half of the period analyzed more users were staking on the platform and more volume was entering on the platform in both cases, USDC and USDT tokens. But during the second half, the numbers were reserved but in a low terms.
Finally, in terms of net users staking, the number have been grown over time in both tokens USDT and USDC from 80 to 1800. Again, USDC users were higher than USDT users. In this case, the percentage of USDC users have been a little bit higher around 65%.
