    What is the first thing new users do when they acquire SUSHI?

    Introduction and methods

    The Sushi token is native to a DeFi platform called Sushi Swap, a decentralised cryptocurrency exchange, which works thanks to a protocol called automated market maker. This exchange works from pools of coins created by the users themselves.

    In this dashboard we are gonna analyze the activity of SUSHI traders just after they acquire the SUSHI tokens. To do that, we will take a look at the distribtuion of events done in general and over time.

    In the first chart we can see the general distribution of swaps done after SUSHI acquisition by users. In general, the most popular actions done are Approvals and transfers, followed by swaps and syncs. The first two actions represents around 50% of the total swaps while the other 2 around 30%. Other important actions are Desposits, withdrawals and mints.

    In terms of evolution, we can see how the major of actions take place during the first months and then, the major of users acquired SUSHI in the early stages. In terms of actions, it can be seen how the distribution of them remained constant over time.
