34. [Hard] UST "Collateralization

Since for each USDC there is one USD to be back by it. Hence we are looking into the collateral of UST to be back by 1 dollar value of LUNA. We will compared only the circulating supply of LUNA as it can be manipulate now on current market and affect the supply of UST. Luna is essential in maintaining the peg of UST to 1 dollar. The ideal ratio is always more value of LUNA to be back for each UST. If there is less value of LUNA to circulating supply of UST the system is considered as failure and each UST is not worth 1 usd. (the market cap of LUNA might be slightly incorrect due to some query problem)
