2. Identify all ATLAS dumpers (Anyone that swapped ATLAS > any other asset)
3. Identify all ATLAS reinvestors - (Anyone that used ATLAS to buy r4 or ships)

What this Doesn't include

1. Cases when a wallet may swap ATLAS to USDC and then buy R4 and Ships
2. These are only the number of wallets. This does not include ATLAS dumped/reinvested.
