The Solana blockchain is known for it's low transaction fees and fast transactions. As it is gaining more popularity, the network itself is getting congested due to the high number of transactions taking place on a daily basis.

This dashboard provides insights on the transactions that failed in December 2021. The goal is to see if we can establish a pattern of when transactions do fail.

Analysis

Chart 1 highlights the success vs failed transaction ratio on Solana in the month of December 2021.

24% transactions failed in the whole month - 31950975 Failed Transactions

76% of the transactions succeeded - 102334752 Succeeded Transactions

Chart 2 highlights the daily number of unique transactions that succeeded and failed in the month of December 2021.

Even though we see the overall transaction volume falling from mid December to December end, the Failed count keeps increasing.

TLDR - There is no clear trend that highlights when transactions fail on Solana
