Avalanche Swaps vs Transfers (Redux)
swaps vs transfers and mints vs burns using the new fact_event_logs data and avalanche.core.fact_traces data.
The time frame considered for the charts and analyzes of this dashboard is from the beginning of July 2022.
In this dashboard, we want to review and compare the following two things about the USDC token on the Avalanche blockchain:
- Swap and Transfer of USDC.
- Mint and Burn of USDC.
According to the above two issues, this dashboard consists of two parts.
As you can see, the average amount of swap and transfer is almost equal.
In the two graphs below, you can see the volume and the addresses that have swapped on an hourly and daily basis:
As you can see, in terms of the number of addresses, the addresses that have been swapped are more than the ones that have been transferred.
In the volume chart, in the first half of it, the advantage is with swaps, but in the last few months, the transfer volume has gained more advantage than swaps.
In the two charts above, you can see the volume and average volume of mint and burn, respectively, hourly and daily:
As you can see, overall burn is better than mint. But in recent days, the mint has surpassed the burn.
In the graph on the right, you can also see the number of people who made mint or burn on a daily basis:
As you can see in both sections, in general, swaps are more than transfers and burn is more than mint.
The following table was used to create this dashboard:
> avalanche.core.fact_event_logs
Also, the following four events are used for the EVENT_NAME:
> Swap Transfer > > Mint Burn
Usdc smart contract address:
> 0xB97EF9Ef8734C71904D8002F8b6Bc66Dd9c48a6E

In the following graphs, you can see the number of transactions and volume of transactions, as well as unique users in each action:
As you can see, the volume and number of swaps was more than the transfer. But the number of people who have done the swap has been less than the transfer.
In these six graphs of this section, you can also see the number of transactions and the volume and the number of people who have tried to mint or burn:
As you can see, burn is better than mint in terms of number and volume of transactions. But in terms of the number of users, both are equal.
