Hop In the Pool

Analyze how users join pools on Osmosis.

    Methodology

To analyze the Osmosis pools actions type, I used flipside Osmosis table.

In this analysis, I want to find how users use Osmosis pool, are they join pools in both assets or single assets.

Actions count, users and volume in each type

The actions count in both type is about 2.35M and 1.22M in single type.

The unique users in both type is about 154.5k and 85.2k in single type.

The total volume in both type is about 16.04B and 0.772B in single type.

So we can see that the both type activity is more than single type.

Actions count and Volume per token in each type

IOV has the most Volume in both type and OSMO has the most actions. the second one in volume is OSMO and the third one is ATOM but in actions count, we don’t have IOV and the ATOM is the second one.

In single type, OSMO has the most volume and ATOM has the second largest volume among all of the tokens. In actions counts, again OSMO has the most count but the second one is belong to STARS with a little difference with ATOM.
