    Impact of Terra integration on new wallets created

    Terra blockchain went live on THORChain on 25th March 2022. Since then, LUNA pool has become the 4th pool with most liquidity showing how strong Terra ecosystem are. In this dashboard, we will investigate how the Terra integration impacted the new wallets creation on THORChain.

    Graph below shows the daily new wallet creation of year 2022 YTD. The Terra integration was on 25th March and from graph below, we can see that leading to the integration day, the new daily new wallet count went up, and up again after the launch.

    Line graph below shows the cumulative growth of wallet count on THORChain. We can see that currently there are 40k wallets that has made at least a single transaction.

    In conclusion, the Terra integration was a very anticipated update on THORChain. Many #LUNAtics has been waiting for this integration because it enables native swaps with many other native assets such as BTC, ETH, DOGE, BNB and more. So, if the future will be multi-chain then THORChain will be in the centre of it all.
