Arbitrum Bridges: A Comparison

Arbitrum is one of Ethereum's scaling solutions using a technology called "optimistic rollup". It aims to speed up transaction times and cut transaction fees. As a mean to introduce Arbitrum ecosystem to the masses, Arbitrum founders, Offchain Labs, created Arbitrum Odyssey events in collaboration with Ratwell, Sugoi and Project Galaxy. In this dashboard, we will take a look at the performance of two of the most popular bridges from Ethereum Main to Arbitrum, Hop & Across Protocols, based on the total transaction count and amount. We look at the data from the first day of Arbitrum Odyssey's event on June 21st, 2022 until the date of the creation of this dashboard.
