Pooled RUNE Validator Distribution
What do the bond distribution look like for pooled validator participants (%-wise and abs number of RUNE)? Evenly split, large variance, etc.?
Definition
- participant(s): Pool RUNE validator participants who have bonded more than 30k (10% of minimum $RUNE need to churn in) to the node.
- type: type of participant addresses - node_operator_only, bond_provider_only, and both.
- participant size: net bonded volume in RUNE. There are three sizes which are: [30k, 300k], (300k, 1M], (1M, ∞). While (x, y] is more than x and less or equal to y, which are low, medium, and high net bonded participants*.*
Total participants information
- One hundred three unique participants generate around 90M RUNE in total net bonded.
- The max, min, average, and median are 9.05M, 30k, 863k, and 588k RUNE, respectively.
- An approximate 300k RUNE gap between average and median indicates some high net bonded addresses as a head of distribution.
Net bonded volume (RUNE) of each address
- We rank the participant's addresses by net bonded volume.
- The top 10 participants (roughly 10%) exceed more than 40% of the total net bonded volume.
- Thus, we can assume a high variance in net bonded volume.
- We also show the total volume from three actions including BOND, UNBOND, and REWARD which BOND + REWARD - UNBOND = net bonded volume

Conclusion
- One hundred three unique participants generate around 90M RUNE in total net bonded.
- The max, min, average, and median are 9.05M, 30k, 863k, and 588k RUNE, respectively.
- An approximate 300k RUNE gap between average and median indicates some high net bonded addresses as a head of distribution.
- The top 10 participants (roughly 10%) exceed more than 40% of the total net bonded volume.
- Although the distribution looks more uniform on participant count by size, the total bonded volume from high net bond participants is larger than 60%.
- Node distribution has a more uniform distribution than participants.
- All of total net bonded are in the 300k to 1M range.

Total nodes information
- One hundred unique nodes generate around 90M RUNE in total net bonded.
- The max, min, average, and median are 8.3M, 453k, 870k, and 850k RUNE, respectively.
- An approximate 20k RUNE gap between average and median, which 15x smaller than the participant’s identifies the more uniform distribution.

We focus only node that has more than 300k RUNE bonded.
