Unfortunately, the only table I found with data on the number of unique LPs is the daily pool stats table. However these fields are only populated after October 21st. One could try to estimate the number of addresses with non-0 liquidity using the add and remove events, however the tables only go back until the beginning of September and pools were evidently populated by that time.

Breaking the available unique member counts down by the pools they belong to, we find that most LPs supplied BTC, followed by BUSD and BNB. However, the fluctuation of the providers seems to be unlikely high between days. Also, ETH pool providers only enter on October 24th whereas we were able to learn from other tables that ETH volume was already up by the 21-st.
