Flow performance compared to other block chains

Happy Flow NFT Day! As part of today’s celebration of FLOW NFTs, we want you to dive deep into the ecosystem. Treat this as an open analytics bounty specifically focusing on the FLOW ecosystem. Open Analytics (OA) bounties are bounties without specific prompts, just a direction, and a reward. It’s your chance to have your brain follow your heart — got a spark of interest, or a loose thread, or a weirdly-specific question gnawing at the back of your mind? Follow it as far as you can!

as you see in the upper chart I show the average transaction over last month and y the first of the year and in this type I compared 3 coin that they are ETH, SOLANA and FLOW. and for this analysis I use the transaction block.

as you see in the first one that it is about the last month SOLANAs transaction number is too more than two other (ETH and FLOW) and ETHs number of transactions is more than FLOWs but as you see this difference is not very more.

and when you see the second graph we see that the order are same but average number of the transaction in the flow about 25% increase by the last month, and about the other tokens we an say that they are at the same range.

after this part I wanna analysis the % of the failure transaction to see that which one is better.

    lets analysis them.

now it is time to analysis the % of the failure transaction between the blockchain. again, we use the same block chain for this analysis.

and as you see I disperse the chart for two last month and first of year part.

in the first graph as you see the percentage of the failure transaction in the SOL block chain is too more than ETH and FLOWs blockchain and after that FLOWs failure transaction is more and at the end there is ETH, and when you see the second part you can see than by the last month

    • percentage of the failure transaction in the Sol block chain decrease.
    • percentage of the failure transaction in the Flow block chain decrease.
    • percentage of the failure transaction in the ETH bock chain increase but this increase is too low that we can say than this number is same.

    so the totally order is

    percentage of the failure transaction

    SOL > FLOW > ETH

but as a total view for the better performance we can say

    ETH > FLOW > SOL

at the end I want to add that beside the failure transaction attention to the average number of transaction in the previous part.

in this part I want to analysis the number of the transaction by the day. and again I disperse the chart for two part and about the compared part I disperse the block chain for 3 part as previous.

as we expected from the first part the number of the transaction in the last month in the sol block chain is too more than flow and Eth, from the two first chart we known this, and when you see the second graph you see the same thing.

the interesting part is that after 20th Apr the number of the transaction in the flow strongly increase and continue to this act up to now.

for a total view we can say that the best performance table is like :

    SOL > ETH > FLOW

but do not forget that if FLOW continue to this performance it can very easily earn the ETHs place by the time.

after this part I wanna analysis the average block time and average speed.

    lets analysis them.

in the upper chart for the compared part I use the same block chain and the time disperse is like before.

in this part I analysis the three new part first one is speed and the second one is average block time and in the last one I find the average transaction.

by the total view you can see than by the time this charts were the same.

in the part of the average transaction per block as you see in the graph the better performance is for :

    SOL > FLOW > ETH

I call this compare as speed.

at the other part ( average block time ) you can see that ETHs block time is more than two other and after than FLOW and SOLANA, but as you know when this number is low performance is better it means that like previous part the table is :

    SOL > FLOW > ETH

and at the end we can see than average transaction in the SOL block chain is too better than others, and after that FLOW and ETH are in the last rank.

as a total view in this part rate is :

    SOL > FLOW > ETH.

at the end lets analysis the conclusion.

    conclusion

as you know in this dashboard I analysis the performance of the FLOW with two other block chain than they have good rank in the coin marketcap.

1- in the first part we see that average number of the transaction in the SOL block chain is better than FLOW and ETH and after that ETH have better performance than FLOW. ( SOL > ETH > FLOW )

2- in the second one I analysis the % of the failure transaction and in this part we see that the better performance is for ETH and after that FLOW and after that SOL. ( ETH > FLOW > SOL) but as I said before you should pay attention to the number of the transaction because as you know when the number of the transaction increase with that the failure transactions number increase normally.

3- at the third one I analysis the number of the transaction by the time in this part we see that the better performance is for SOL and after that ETH and after that FLOW. ( SOL > ETH > FLOW ) but as I said in the dashboard the FLOWs performance by the 20 Apr increase and if continue to this performance it can very easily get the ETHs place.

4- at the end I analysis the average transaction, average transaction per block and average block time that as a total view we see that the better performance table is for SOL and after that for FLOW and after than for ETH.( SOL > FLOW > ETH)

    • as a total view we can say that the performance is for the SOL block chain and after than FLOW and ETH are at the same range, but in this dashboard we see than by the time FLOWs performance can very easily get better if continue like this.
