In this dashboard, we want to compare Solana and NEAR in terms of the size of the NFT market.
Methology
- In the first part of this dashboard, we compare the nft market of these two chains in terms of the number of sales, volume of sales, number of buyers and sellers.
- Then we analyze the nft marketplaces of these two chains in terms of the number and volume of sales.
- In the third part of the dashboard, we will analyze the parameters of the first part based on weekly charts
- In the last part of the dashboard, we analyze the top 10 collections of each chain in terms of number and volume of sales.
- The time period selected for this analysis is from the beginning of January until today.
In this part, we can see the share of each marketplace in each chain.
In Solana, magiceden ranks first in terms of the number of sales and sales volume, and in near, Paras Marketplace has more than 99% of the nft market share.
In Magic Eden v2, the number of sales has been almost 14m and the sales volume has been almost 24m sol since january.
In paras, the number of sales has been almost 172k and the sales volume has been almost 1.9m near since january.
In this part, we see the weekly charts related to the sale of nfts based on each marketplace.
First, we analyze the number of sales. As you can see, the number of sales in Solana has increased significantly, while the number of sales in near has decreased significantly.
Magic Eden was able to quickly take the largest share of Solana nft market.
The number of buyers and sellers in Solana does not have a specific trend and has fluctuated a lot, but in near, it has been a decreasing trend
