Best Yield-Farming Opportunities for Terra assets on Ethereum

This is a quick solution for the Yield-Farming Opportunities Terra challenge. I essentially identified the liquidity pools on Ethereum that you could farm on, and then calculated summary metrics for each of these liquidity pools. These metrics include: The total USD value locked (previous day), users in the past 7 days, and transactions in the past 7 days. Do note that my definition of "users" here is any wallet that either sent or received a transaction from a Terra LP. I was initially planning on deriving APR as well, but had to compromise due to time constraints. I want to be able to derive historical (effective) APRs in perhaps a follow up analysis.
