:information_source: In this Dashboard you will read about Staking ETH based on top Platforms. The charts show the Rocket Pool platforms but you can change them and see other platform charts. I analyzed these parameters:

Total and Cumulative Number of Stakes
Total and Cumulative Users
Total and Cumulative Staked ETH and ETH in USD
Total and Daily Average/Min/Max and Median Staked ETH.
Users Breakdown Based on the total number of deposits and staked ETH
Total Number and Staked ETH based on days of the week

Method

I’ve read platform documents and found their contract addresses. Then I checked the Etherscan to see how they work. I extracted staking tx hashes from the Fact event table. Then I used those tx hashes in the ETH transfer table. In order to use Platform parameters, I hard-coded the platform addresses based on their contract address.

After that, I calculated all parameters.

Time Frame parameter: trunc(block_timestamp,’{{Time_frame}}’ as date . I also added the drop-down parameter. day, week, month.
I’ve used these functions to calculate part of this question. avg/Median/Max/Min
By daytime function, I calculated the total number of stakes and staked ETH amount. Dayname(date) end as days

Total and Cumulative Daily Stake Parameters

The number of Stakes ( Rocket Pool ):

The total number of staked increased in the last month.
From the average monthly 500 stakes, It reached 4.6K in August. I looked for the reason for the huge hype and found they have a Campaign with Rabithole. The Rabithole users had to stake on Rocket Pool to get their Special NFT.
11.2K stakes happened on Rocket Pool by 8.4K Unique users.

Total and Cumulative Staked ETH and ETH in USD ( Rocket Pool )

The Highest amount of ETH was staked on March 2022 But based on the Total staked ETH in USD happened on December 2021.
The highest amount of staked ETH was 60K and based on USD was 221M US dollars.
The Rabithole campaign didn’t impact Staked volume. Users had to stake at least 0.1 ETH and it seems most of the users staked this amount.

Average/Min/Max/Median (Rocket Pool)

Average: The average monthly of staked ETH decreased over time. Lastly, the average monthly was 1-9 ETH.
Median: The median of staked ETH decreased over time.
Max: The max staked ETH increased over time. Lastly, the max staked monthly ETH was 99 ETH.
Min: Always the min was 0.01 ETH.

Rocket Pool:

The largest group of users staked 1 time on Rocket Pool.
It means users didn’t lower the average US dollar cost.
86% of total users deposited only 1 time.

The majority of users deposited below 1 ETH on Rocket Pool. But the second large group of users deposited more than 50 ETH!

Conclusion

The summary of Most Findings on Rocket Pool:

The reason that the number of stakes or users increased on August 2022 was the Rabithole Task ( The Right picture)
11K stakes happened on Rocket by 8K Unique Users.
Almost 284K ETH staked on Rocket Pool that worth near 0.8B us dollars.
The max-staked ETH was 1990 ETH.
The min staked ETH was 0.01.
The average staked ETH was 11 ETH and the average staked ETH in US dollars was 35K.
A large group of users staked 1 time and was below 1 ETH.
