What is LDO?

LDO is an ERC-20 governance token compliant with the Ethereum network. LDO is also used to reward various DAO users and activities (as well as stETH and other assets within the treasury).

Method

I used erc20_balance tables and filtered to the LDO symbol. Then filtered top 5 based on total balance as top 5 holders.

The below chart shows the top 5 holders based on the total Balance of LDOs. These users hold 70M, 50M, 50M, 46M and 49M of LDO tokens in their wallets.

The balance history shows that they hold these amounts of LDOs at least for 6 months. Only 2 holders changed their LDOs amount in the last 6 months. On January 20th, A holder transferred 1M LDOs and other holders transferred 4M LDOs on May 12th.

These wallets Only have 4 transactions from their addresses. In 2 transactions transferred 2.3M LDOs from their wallets. Also, 11M was transferred from their wallets in 2 transactions on May 9th and 12th.

The below chart shows their activities on LDO to their wallets. 200M and 70M LDO were transferred to their wallet on December 17th, 2020, and May 5th, 2021.

They are real holders. They just hold their LDOs and nothing do with their token.
